Its the Olympics time and the 50th Anniversary of Jamaica.  This Labor Day will be “Return to Shaker” – a celebration of Shaker Heights 100th Anniversary.

Following up on my shoutout to Dalton Caldwell – I’ve been reading up on App.net.  Sounds awesome – definitely a KickStarter project to support!

Rumors are starting to appear of Google bringing their Fiber service (and TV) to other cities.  Clearly they’re not going to do “all that” for JUST the Kansas Cities – but I’m surprised this rumor has started – already!

Its pathetic to read fangrrls like Alexia Tsotsis wax on about ‘consumer Internet” – as if Facebook’s bloated stock price has ANYTHING to do with their ability to deliver their service?  This is about Wall St, greed and gluttiness behavior.  Not consumer Internet services! Why should we care about Facebook’s revenues?
